Sustaining Your Self Care: Intentional Strategies for Wellbeing
You may have received messages from society, and maybe even the people around you that stopping, pausing, resting, putting yourself first, and engaging in self-care is unproductive, selfish or lazy.
Self-care is not indulgent, lazy, or selfish. It is a fundamental part of health and emotional regulation. When you are constantly giving to others and fulfilling the demands of your life and working through your daily tasks, self-care may feel too hard or like an optional extra, and very quickly you end up at the bottom of the priority list.
It is difficult to flourish and engage optimally in the world and your relationships, when you have run yourself into the ground. It is difficult to make sense of and respond to your feelings when you are completely depleted.
This self-paced mini course is designed to assist you in increasing your knowledge, self-awareness and personal wisdom so that you can begin to embed intentional and sustainable strategies to support your wellbeing.

Meet Yourself: Strengths Profile + Debrief
We all have unique strengths that make us who we are. When we use these strengths—at work, at home, and in our daily lives—we feel more confident, energised, and capable of performing at our best. But to truly make the most of our strengths, we first need to understand them.
The Strengths Profile, developed by Cappfinity, is a world-leading strengths tool that has helped millions of people gain deeper insights into what makes them thrive and flourish. Built on more than a decade of research in positive psychology, this evidence-based tool goes beyond simply identifying what you’re good at—it helps you discover which strengths give you energy, which may be underused, and where you might be pushing too hard.
When we play to our strengths, goal attainment may feel easier, and life may feel more fulfilling, and more enjoyable. Research shows that those who actively use their strengths experience:
✔ More resilience and less burnout through spending less time on draining activities.
✔ Greater confidence and performance by doing more of what energises them.
✔ Better relationships and teamwork through understanding how to contribute effectively.
✔ A deeper sense of purpose by aligning work and life with what truly matters to them.
A strengths-based approach isn’t just about feeling good—it’s backed by science. The Strengths Profile + Debrief intends to help you discover your strengths and how to harness them.
